Event Hub — by The Digital Third

Every event has the same problem. It comes… and it goes.

Months of work. A room full of magic. Then the doors close and it’s gone — no memory, no follow-up, nothing to show sponsors, and a stack of tools held together by whoever’s on staff this year. Event Hub is the one link your attendees open before, during and after — on your Stripe, your list, your brand.

Where events actually break

01 — No memory

Magical in the room.
Dead by Monday.

No recap, no profiles, no content, no reason to come back. Next year you sell from a cold list again.

02 — No owner

Your stack is six tools and a person.

Ticketing, forms, email, a dietary spreadsheet, a WhatsApp for the crew — and one staffer who is the integration. When they’re out, the event is.

03 — No visibility

You’re on stage, blind.

Who’s actually in the room? Which questions matter? Is the caterer ready? You find out at the bar afterwards.

And your ticketing app stops caring the moment the card clears

Eventbrite, Luma and friends are good at one thing: selling the ticket. Everything your attendees need after that, you’re on your own — and you’re paying a percentage of every seat for the privilege.

  • ✗ No pass that works at the door
  • ✗ No “who’s in the room”
  • ✗ No live Q&A, pulse, or day-of announcements
  • ✗ No surveys, recaps, or follow-up
  • ✗ A per-ticket fee on every seat
  • ✗ Set it all up again next year

One hub. One roster. One operator.

Every attendee gets one personal link. It’s their ticket at the door and their key to everything else — and it keeps working long after the lights go down. You run it from one dashboard. Or we run it with you.

See if we’re a fit
01

Before

  • Tickets on your own Stripe — 0% platform fee, money straight to you
  • Passes by email: a QR for the door, a link for the hub, no app to install
  • Attendee profiles & “The Room” — know who’s coming before you walk in
  • Agenda, venue guide, know-before-you-go — in your colours and fonts
02

During

  • Door check-in by scan or search, per day, from any phone with a team PIN
  • Live Q&A with upvotes and a projector view — the room picks the questions
  • Daily pulse, wins board, announcements that reach everyone at once
  • Video testimonials captured at peak enthusiasm, consent included
03

After

  • Survey & NPS with the results in one place, not a Typeform you forget about
  • Recaps, replays, resources and sponsor perks where attendees already are
  • Profiles and the hub stay live for a year — the room stays a room
  • One-click export to your CRM; next year’s event starts with this year’s roster

Your Stripe. Your money.
0% platform fee.

Most ticketing platforms sit between you and your buyers and take a cut of every seat. We don’t touch the money.

How it works

Connect your own Stripe in five minutes

Click once, sign in to Stripe (or create an account), done. Ticket payments are charged on your Stripe account and paid out to your bank by Stripe. Event Hub never holds a dollar.

What you pay

Stripe’s standard processing. That’s it.

No per-ticket percentage to us. On a 500-seat event at $600 a seat, a 3% platform fee is nine thousand dollars you keep.

What you keep

Your keys, your customers, your control

We never see your Stripe password or API keys. Refunds and disputes live in your own Stripe dashboard. Disconnect any time. Your attendee list exports whenever you want it.

Three ways to work with us

Same hub underneath. The difference is how much of us comes with it.

01 — Self-serve

Event Hub

For organizers of 30–500 who already sell tickets and want the hub without the handholding.

  • Everything in Before / During / After
  • Your brand: colours, fonts, logo, your own domain
  • You run it from the dashboard; your crew uses a PIN
  • Set up in an afternoon, reuse it every year

Early access — free while we onboard our first organizers

Create your hub
03 — Bespoke

Built around your event

For conferences that need things no template has — and a partner who shows up.

  • Everything in Produced
  • Custom features: VIP experiences, sponsor portals, replay libraries, your own flows
  • Your event website and CRM, owned end to end
  • Annual retainer option: site + hub + one produced event a year

Built for rooms that happen again

Masterminds, workshops, conferences, member events — 30 to 3,000 people — run by someone who wants this year’s room to sell next year’s. If it’s a one-off with 20 people, Eventbrite is fine. Really.

Questions people actually ask

How is this different from Eventbrite or Luma?

They sell the ticket and stop. We start there: a pass that works at the door, the schedule, who’s in the room, live Q&A, pulse, surveys, recaps — and a hub that’s still live in six months. On your Stripe, with no per-ticket platform fee.

Do you hold my ticket money?

No. You connect your own Stripe account; payments are charged there and Stripe pays out to your bank. We never hold funds, never see your keys, and take 0%. Refunds happen in your own Stripe dashboard.

Do attendees need to install an app?

No. They get a personal link by email. It’s their QR ticket and their sign-in to the hub on any phone. Add-to-home-screen if they want the icon.

Can I run it myself, or do I need you?

Either. Self-serve is a dashboard: event, Stripe, tiers, agenda, brand, guests, check-in, Q&A, results. Produced adds our crew and setup. Bespoke adds custom features. Most people start self-serve and call us when the room gets big.

What do you need from me?

Your guest list or ticket tiers, your brand file, an agenda. You connect your own Stripe. Optional: a domain (one DNS record) if you want the hub on your URL. We never need your passwords.

What happens after the event?

The hub stays live for a year. Profiles, recaps, replays, resources and results stay where attendees already are, and everything exports to your CRM. Next year’s event starts from this year’s roster.

Do you do email blasts?

Deliberately not. You already have Mailchimp/Kit/GoHighLevel and you don’t want a seventeenth channel. The hub sends the transactional stuff (passes, sign-in links, replies go to you) and posts announcements inside. For Produced events we write and run the pre-event sequence with you.

How much does it cost?

Self-serve is in early access while we onboard the first organizers. Produced and Bespoke are scoped to the event — size, days, and what you currently spend on ticketing, email, apps and the people who glue them together. That’s what the fit check is for.

See if we’re a fit

This is an exploratory fit check, not a pitch. Tell us about your event and what runs it today, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help — and which of the three ways makes sense. If we can’t, we’ll say so.

Want to skip the call? Create your own hub and we’ll see you in the dashboard.
